Home Coaching is published by Colin Thuillier. You can delete your account at any time.
From the app
- Open Home Coaching and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete my account, then confirm.
Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Without the app
Write to [email protected] from your account's email address, with the subject “Delete my account”. Your account is deleted within 30 days, and you get a confirmation.
What is deleted
- Your account: email address, password and first name.
- Your household membership and absences.
- The notification tokens of your phones.
- The whole household, with its tasks, if you were its only adult.
What is kept
- Your tasks go to another adult of the household.
- The history of done tasks stays visible to the household, without your name: it shows “someone” instead.
- Your error reports are no longer linked to your account and are deleted automatically after 6 months.
Just want to change households? Profile > Leave the household removes you from the household without deleting your account.
